Refund & Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in new condition

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

To start a return, please contact objetes@boukderoeck.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the packaging

• Photos showing how the item looked when first opened

You can choose between a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
