Products and Orders
Objètes sells unique, handmade ceramic sculptures. We offer custom orders upon request. All products are physical items only.

Pricing and Payment
All prices include applicable taxes. We accept iDEAL, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.

Shipping and Delivery
We ship internationally via PostNL and DHL. Estimated delivery times:

• Netherlands: 3 working days

• Europe: 1–2 weeks

• Rest of the world: 1–3 weeks

If an item is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We accept returns only if the item is in new condition and returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are offered as:

• Store credit for a new item, or

• Full refund to the original payment method

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 4 hours of placing the order.

Intellectual Property
All images, designs, and content on the Objètes website are owned by Objètes. Customers may use photos from our website only if Objètes is properly credited.

Privacy and Data
We do not collect personal data beyond what is necessary to complete shipping or create customer accounts for repeat orders. This data is only used to process orders.

Liability
Products are packed with care. If an issue occurs during shipment, customers should contact us with details and photos, and we will resolve the issue accordingly.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
